New years eve with Pickle

Snuggled up with pickle on the sofa watching beauty & the beast Jacob is on the other sofa with nanny we've had a great time today at chessington world of adventures with Annabelle, Karen, Sarah, Maya and isla, Liz, Jacob, pickle and i, even though the rides where still closed we had a great time looking at the animals we saw the lions and the tigers, meercats, sea lions and the petting zoo that had goats and chickens, the kids didn't seem to bothered that the rides were not running, when they asked i said i would take them all again another day when they could go on the rides they wear happy with that, after we had been in sea world we had dinner in the canteen you only pay once and just keep filling your plate they polished off quite a lot of pizza's, we are hopping to go bowling tomorrow before we have our new years roast that is if the place is open if its not we will go to the park to feed the ducks and squirrels and pickle can ride her bike....

Had a great day at at a fantastic place called kids space it was the first time pickle and i had been there and we both thought it was great we went with auntie Sarah and Jacob there are loads of things for the kids to do, climbing frames, go karts, sponge ball cannons, slides, a rock climbing wall, trampolines, and a pretty good cafe, pickle and Jacob where in there element with so much to do and i knew it wouldn't be long before pickle got me on the climbing frame up ladders through tunnels down slides i had to keep asking pickle to slow down i couldn't keep up with her, think my new years resolution should be to diet. in the after noon the staff put music on and get all the kids up to dance for a bit pickle loves to dance it was great watching her and all the other children dancing to the YMCA got some nice pictures, maybe pickle will sleep at a sensible time tonight :)

Pickle and i had a much deserved lie in this morning, i woke first and lay in bed just watching pickle sleep, when she woke pickle wanted to go open her presents so i grabbed the video camera and we went down stairs, pickle started unwrapping while i filmed her and nanny took some pictures it was great seeing the expressions on her face as she unwrapped each one, i admit i have spoiled her a bit this Christmas but pickle totally deserves it she has been sooo good, a real angel through a difficult time, pickle loved the easel nanny and Liz got her and the zhu zhu pets that i got for her actually she liked all her presents but it would take ages to list them all lol, once pickle had opened them i set up the zhu zhu pets home while pickle did paintings with nanny then while her paintings where drying we played with the little furry zhu zhu's pickle loved watching them whizz round there tunnels, and i loved her paintings i now have something of pickles to put on the walls and fridge at home :) in the afternoon pickle went to the shops with nanny and got pizza and dough balls for her tea, when it was time for bed pickle asked if she could watch a dvd so i put one on and we jumped into bed pickle said i love you daddy and lay on my chest to watch her film it reminded me of when she was tiny and would lay on me sleeping it was a perfect end to a lovely day......

Yay, collected pickle yesterday and headed down, went straight to uncle dicks for tea and to see pickles cousins aunties and uncles
pickle had a great time playing with annabelle and grace it was so good to see her laughing and playing, karen and dick had layed on a really nice spread that every one tucked into, pickle got to open a couple of her presents there and one more when we got back to nannies as it was late i asked pickle to wait till morning before opening the rest, nanny read pickle a story then we went to bed it was so nice to have pickle snuggling up to me in bed :)

Had a terrific weekend with pickle was able to collect her a little earlier than usual and the few extra hours make a big difference,Friday when we are still usually on the train we where out shopping with nanny pickle needed some new bits as she is growing so fast stuff she has hardly worn is already to small for her, and anyone that knows pickle knows she loves to shop for clothes, wonder where she gets that from :) we stopped at Costa nanny loves coffee and pickle had juice and muffin then we went in search of a present for Baeli's pickle's little friend who's birthday party were going to later, after going to a few different shops we found our self's in the early learning center and pickle bought baeli a shop till with money a credit card a basket full of groceries pickle thinks its a great toy so hope baeli does to, after shopping we went back to nanny's and wrapped the present and pickle wrote a birthday card to, pickle and i watched toy story 3 then it was time to get ready to go to baeli's birthday at pizza express pickle wanted to wear her captain scarlet dress and her black boots, she loves dressing up. when we got there they had a big long table reserved for us with balloons tied to the chairs, it was baeli's 3rd birthday and when he arrived his face was a picture he looked a little bit over whelmed but he was quickly running around with the other kids, pickle had dough balls and pizza surprise surprise after we had finished eating Alisha brought out baeli's birthday cake it was a Rory the racing car cake and we all sang happy birthday to baeli for some reason baeli pickle and Jacob thought it was great to poke cocktail sticks into the cake after 5 minutes the car looked like it had been in a crash, when we got home pickle said she had a great time, i took her up to bed and read her a story and she gave me a kiss and a cuddle and said nyt nyt.
on Saturday after breakfast pickle and i took nanny out to get a Christmas tree we found a beautiful one at a garden center and luckily was able to just about get it into the car pickle helped nanny and auntie Liz decorate the tree and she asked nanny to put the presents under it.
after dinner i asked pickle if she wanted to go out on her bike she got excited and asked if we could take it to the park so i put the bike in the car and we headed off to the park we parked up and got the bike out pickle put on her pink helmet and got on her bike we followed the path into the park and after a while we got to a play ground pickle wanted to stay on her bike and go further into the park went a bit further and saw lots of squirrels with people feeding them pickle said she wanted to feed them but i had forgotten to bring any food for them, a woman standing close by heard pickle and asked her if she would like some nuts for the squirrels pickle said yes please and the lady gave her a hand full of nuts she put them in the pouch on the front of of the bike, pickle held a couple out for the squirrels but kept dropping them as the squirrels approached i said hold on to them and they will take them from your hand so she did and one came right up to her and took a nut from pickles hand pickle made sure she had given all the nuts she had out to the squirrels before we moved on pickle wanted to see the waterfall with the ducks when we got there we saw lots of ducks and some beautiful swans, pickle asked if we could go back to the play ground so that's where we went she went on the swings and slides and played in a castle with me then she played with to little girls on a climbing frame after a bit i said its time to go now it'll be dark soon so pickle rode her bike back to the car and we set off back to nanny's i asked pickle what she wanted for tea and she said mcd's and she insisted we go through the drive through, it was a great day..

Pickle's birthday party

Well there wasn't a lot of time to organise pickle's birthday party so i want to thank every one who helped and attended from nanny Steph, Liz, Sarah and Jacob, Sarah, Isla and Maya, Karen, Dick and Annabelle, Grace, Alicia, Bailly and James, The coach picked us up at about 12:30 and headed in to London and winter wonderland at Hyde park, when we got there it was very busy we decided to all eat before looking around so we found a place to sit down and got hot dogs and chips then we walked around looking at the stools selling everything from sweets to hats i bought pickle a fluffy elephant hat, she looks so cute in it, then all the kids wanted to go on the rides its a great place with lots of rides for young children so the went on merry go rounds and the penguins then we qued to see Santa but by this time it was pretty cold so we gave the kids a choice and they decided to go on more rides instead of waiting another 30 mins for Santa, don't blame them it was pretty cold to wait around so they all chose a few more rides they wanted to go on then before we knew it, it was 5:00 and time to go back to the coach, when we got home Nanny had laid out all the party food, balloons and presents every one tucked into the food and nanny bought in pickle's birthday cake every one sang happy birthday and pickle blew out the candles.
seeing pickle smiling having fun is the best feeling in the world so seeing her face as she started unwrapping her presents was amazing she got some great things like a barbie with a horse, shop till and lots of other things and pickle's present from me was a pink bike as soon as she unwrapped it she tried to ride it round the house then she let Annabelle sit on it and some of the others to they all played with pickles toys for a bit before watching the fireworks that dick and i were letting of in the garden while they all stayed in the warm looking through the window, all to quickly the day had passed and it was time for pickles friends to go home and pickles bed time, as i got pickle ready for bed she gave me a big hug and a kiss she told me she had a great day and loved her presents, we jumped into bed and i read pickle a story but had only gotten a couple of pages into it when she said you can turn out the light now daddy i want to go to sleep so i did, pickle gave me a big cuddle and a kiss and told me she Love's me then went to sleep.
the next morning before heading back up to Sheffield, after pickle had fed fizz, Sophie and Ellie i took her out on her bike, she looked great in her matching pink helmet and was able to ride her bike really well. i cant wait till pickle next comes down and i can take her to the park on her bike.....

Well its been a while. but i am seeing pickle again we met at Sheffield stn the look on pickle face melted my heart she ran straight into my arms and we cuddled as we told each other i love you and iv missed you i gave pickle a fury whit hat i had bought and we headed for the train and London to help pass the time on the train we watched dvds and before we knew it we were in London then a quick change of train to nanny's, nanny was waiting at the door when we arrived it was so good to see her as she had been in hospital and i wasn't sure she would be home in time for pickles visit, pickle gave nanny a big hug and a kiss, nanny made us some tea then we went into the garden to see fizz, Ellie and Sophie, nanny had bought a barbie doll with a swimming pool and her own doggies pickle loved it and asked me to fill the pool with water she played with it all evening winding up one of the doggies tails so it could swim in the pool pickle gave me one of her other barbies and asked me to play to. a bit later when pickle was tired she asked if she could go to bed i asked if she would like a story read and she said yes could nanny read it, so nanny to her up and read her a story, in less than 15 minutes Issy was fast asleep,
the next morning after breakfast, nanny asked pickle if she would like to come shopping with her, auntie Liz and Sarah, so we all got ready and headed to Kingston and the shops pickle brought her pushchair and dolls with her, in the main shopping center there where some real reindeer's pickle got up on my shoulders to get a better look as it was very busy that day. we stopped at boots and got pickle a special sandwich its one of her favourite things to eat then we looked around for a bit, Sarah wanted to buy some make up so while she was trying some out pickle got in the chair and asked if she could have some, so Liz put a tiny bit of lip gloss on and pickle was happy, when we got home uncle dick came round with pickles cousin Annabelle and auntie Sarah came round with Jacob nanny did them all pizza and dough balls then they watched a film pickle asked me to read her a bed time story when it was time to go up it felt so good to hold her while she listened to the story and fell asleep in my arms.
we don't have much time in the morning before we have to head back to Sheffield so after breakfast pickle went so see fizz, Ellie Sophie, Montana, Floyd, Rafferty, jack, and lulu she played with lulu for a bit with some peacock feathers auntie Sarah had given her, pickle thought it was great fun when lulu tried to get the feathers, it was a lovely weekend and so great seeing my little princess :)

picked my princess up Friday at meadow hall i got the biggest kiss and cuddle from her, it sometimes feels like we haven't been apart as we pick up straight where we left off, having fun. we went to mc,d's for something to eat then went to the play area Issy was playing with some other kids while i sat with the mums, then we went to the Disney store pickle loves that place, i let her pick out a little Hanna Montana under ware set, we went to boots and got a filly and ham sandwich pickles fav she calls it her special sandwich. before leaving we went into the super dry shop where they play loud music pickle and i often go in there and have a dance i think the staff think we are crazy but it makes them smile, then we headed to the hotel id booked us in for the weekend near Alton towers, it was getting late by the time we got there so we had a bath and jumped into bed i read pickle some stories from a new book i had brought and we both fell asleep. when Issy woke she was excited about going to Alton towers so we got ready and set off, when we got there we had breakfast then Issy picked the first ride she wanted to go on it was called the nutty squirrel ride, we had a great day went on lots of rides even got wet on a few, pickle really liked willy wonkas chocolate factory but i think her favourite was the driving school she loves driving and even though pickle is only just big enough to go on it she does really well getting round the course without crashing after she had her picture taken and they put it on a pretend driving license for her. when we got back to the hotel we watched a dvd call barbie and the muscateers its pickles new favourite dvd, next morning we headed back to the park we went to shark bait reef it an aquarium Issy loves seeing the fish then we bumped into a giant pirate issy gave him a hug while i took a picture we went on lots of rides and before we knew it it was time to leave pickle has asked if we can go back to watch the fire works display at Halloween so i am going to try and arrange it....

i spoke to pickle yesterday and it has lifted my spirits, that and the feeling this week has flown by and there is just one more day till i see my princess, i think i will book us into a hotel near alton towers theme park so we have more time at the park and less time driving, ill be speaking to pickle tomorrow on the phone :) and must speak to liz about plans for pickles birthday party it a pirates and princesses fancy dress party.....

its monday morning and i feel so low, i miss pickle so much and im worrying about her, she has started getting very upset when i take her back to her mums saying she doesnt want to go, i try to calm her down but its getting worse and it breaks my heart to see her cry, i hope she understands that i have no choice when i leave her and that if it were up to me i'd stay with her always, and i hope pickle know she is my world and always will be. I LOVE YOU PICKLE

had a great weekend with pickle, she is such a little trooper, even though she has an upset tummy, has been sick and on the loo often she has not winged or let that stop her from enjoying herself saturday pickle, nanny, liz, jacob and i went to chessington for the day, we took turns going on the rides with pickle and jake and got some nice pictures of the day,ill post some tomorrow, in the evening me pickle nanny and richie went to pizza express to eat. pickle had her favourite, doughballs.

only 8 hours to go till i see pickle, :) we are off to nannys for the weekend pickle wants to go to chessington world of adventures saturday nanny said she would come to, i had better get some sleep as ill have to get up in 5 hours, i love you pickle bum x

its been a while since my last post, in fact almost 2 months, pickle and i got to spend quite a lot of time together during the summer holidays, we went on to Majorca on holiday with nanny, Sarah and Jacob, pickle loves to spend most of the time playing in the pool, but we also spent a few days at the beach playing in the sea and building sand castles, we went on a boat trip and visited a water park witch was great fun even though it rained all day, the high light of the holiday was a trip to see the show pirates, Issy loved it as much as she did the first time she saw it with me mummy and Brockie, it was the first time nanny Sarah and Jake had seen it and they all thought it was fantastic, since being back in UK we have done trips to the zoo, the fun fair and Nanny's regularly, we have discovered the benefits of traveling by train, and are heading down to see nanny this weekend, Issy loves going to Nanny's they are so close, my sister Liz is helping plan pickles birthday party its going to be a fancy dress party the theme is pirates is wants to be captain scarlet from the show, i have lots of great pictures to post of the last 2 months, oh and there has been some sad news, pickles guini pig pepper has died, witch was upsetting for pickle and me, fizz the other one seems to be OK, Ive moved him closer to the rabbits so he isn't to lonely, there is also a new addition on the farm a baby chick Issy named Oscar, he is a tiny ball of fluff, so cute.

i spoke to pickle after she had been to nursery, she asked if we could go see nanny again this weekend but not sure if i can afford it this weekend, and sarah has booked a holiday for us leaving the following weekend to majorca so pickle will get to spend time with nanny and jacob then, im going to sleep in pickles bed again tonight i seem to sleep better in there, :)

its Monday and as usual I'm feeling pretty low, i miss pickle so much and now i am worrying about my mum she is not well and will need to go into hospital for an operation soon, i am sleeping in pickles bed tonight it helps me feel close to her, i hope she is in a talkative mood tomorrow when we have our phone call i am so looking forward to hearing her voice, i will do my best to stay positive for pickle and for nanny knowing we have so much to look forward to......

picked pickle up from nursery she rushed over, hugged and kissed me i told pickle we where going to London on the train she looked happy about that, don't think she likes my car much, she was excited about showing me what was in her bag she had baked me and nanny a cake and she had a get well card for nanny to, we said good bye to her teachers( i think i fancy her teacher Katie ) and the children and set of for the train station, wow the train journey was so much better than the car we went 1st class and got big comfy reclining seats a table with a plug socket a regular supply of tea or coffee cakes biscuits and water. and a clean loo, its the train from now on, Sarah and Jacob picked us up from station and took us to Nanny's, nanny mad tea Issy's fav dough balls and pizza, then Jacob and Issy played in the garden.
after breakfast me pickle and nanny went to the park we played on the swings and slides for a bit then went into town pickle wanted a doll to go in the push chair Jamie-lee had given her so we looked in a few shops before finding a cute doll in tk max Issy also spotted a lovely dress and asked if she could have it, it was so pretty and she is growing out of her clothes so fast i said OK,we then went to a coffee shop me and nanny had coffee while pickle had a strawberry cup cake, we sat out side in the sunshine and pickle spotted a merry go round so when Lizzie and Sarah turned up i took pickle on the ride, on the way home we stopped at the park again then i got my hair trimmed while pickle and nanny went home, pickle was playing on the trampoline next door with Jamie-lee when i got back. pickle nanny and me were getting ready to go out for a meal and James, Keith, lizz Sarah rox, and sie joined us we went to an Italian place called prezzo it was really nice and the food was great, will definitely go there again, cant believe how quick the time has passed will have to take Issy back tomorrow, i wish she could live with me, i love and miss her so much when we are apart, after i read her a story and she is asleep i lay there just watching her, she is so beautiful so perfect and i am so blessed to have her in my life, we are going to have such amazing adventures together....

its almost the weekend just 14 hours till i go get Issy, we are going down to Nanny's on the train i figure its got to be better than the drive, nanny is in hospital at the moment so pickle is going to look after her, oh and pickle told me she baked me a cake today, i cant wait to see her :)

Hmmm I'm well and truly behind with my up dates, its Sunday and i have dropped pickle off and driven down to Nanny's after having 3 extended weekend this one was back to the usual Friday to Sunday and it went by so fast, i picked Issy up from nursery Friday she asked if we were going to Nanny's like we had done for the last few weeks pickle said she wanted to see nanny, Jacob, and Jamie-lee i was worried that when i told her we were spending the weekend at daddy's she would be upset but she was OK about it she was looking forward to seeing sugar her pony and all the other animals, on the way home we stopped at sainsburys and pickle help me do the shopping after we got hoe and put the shopping away we said hello to all the pets then i asked her what she felt like doing she asked if she could go to the sandpit park so that's where we went, but when we arrived there was only 1 little boy and his grandad there but that didn't bother pickle she still wanted to stay, we played for about an hour then walked around the old town and market before heading home after tea we spoke to nanny on skype witch she really liked as she can see nanny as well as talk, when we went to bed pickle asked if she could watch Aristocats for the millionth time lol but 20 minutes into it she said turn it off daddy i want to sleep so we cuddled up and went to sleep, in the morning after breakfast we headed of to the fun fair after going on the merry go round and a couple of other rides pickle wanted to play in the water its a part of the park where jets of water shoot out of the ground its so simple and the kids love it i sat on the grass and watched pickle play with the other kids for an hour and a half before she asked to get dry and go eat, watching pickle having fun is heaven to me me, after we at we went to the indoor play area because she is not quite 1.1 meters tall i have to go on with her she ran me ragged come on daddy this way come on daddy down the slide we had a great time there then we headed into town for ice cream and i bought Issy a book and a little plastic golf set to play with in the garden before we could go home pickle asked to go back to the sand pit park this time it was full of kids so she played their for a while when we got home we went on skype again to speak to nanny this time Jacob was there Issy loved that they chatted while i made tea, before i knew it it was Sunday and we only had a few hours left so pickle helped clean out the pets then we saddled up sugar and Issy rode her pony for a bit before i took her back to Sheffield, its only been a few hours but i already miss her so much. i love you pickle xx

I'm a bit behind with my updates been feeling a bit run down the last couple of days, but feeling better today, only about 39 hours till i see pickle :) Issy slept from 9pm till 9am guess she needed it, after breakfast we did the rounds feeding the animals pickle wanted to see if there were any eggs to collect so we went to the chickens first and she got 2 eggs from them,after feeding, Issy turned sugar out, after putting sugar in the paddock she helped me muck out pickle was so funny when she saw the poo she was saying OMG she couldn't believe the size of the poos it was quite cold and looked like it would rain so we went to the amusement park down the road it has a huge indoor play area with a massive slide first pickle went on the bouncy castle then she asked me to go down the slide with her, pickle screamed it was so fast and the first thing she said at the bottom was i want to do it again, i think we went down it about 6 times before she wanted to try something else, so we went on the merry go round then the trampolines the train, even crazy golf we were having a great time even if it was a bit cold, we stayed at the park till it closed, then went home we had tea then did the feed the animals round, pickle still had the sniffles she had when i picked her up from nursery and i could see she was tired so she put on her PJs and we watched the aristo cats for the 20th time lol she fell asleep by 8:30pm i stayed in bed to just hoping the sun would make an appearance on Sunday....

its late and I'm tired i put pickle to bed at 8:30pm and fell asleep with her as usual, just woke up and went out to feed the animals and wanted to do a quick blog up date before going back to bed, pickle met sugar today the look on her face was priceless, Issy went over to say hello and sugar walked over to her, pickle had a huge smile on her face and asked if she could stroke sugar i said yes of course then it was so cool to see, pickle was totally confident she went into the paddock stroked sugar and led him around on a rein, ill finish up for now, going back to bed but will add more tomorrow and post pics.... got to Issy's nursery 15 minutes early so thought i would sit in the car and wait, i was watching Issy play when Katie Issy's teacher spotted me and pointed me out to Issy so i went over and Katie said to Issy lets go and let daddy in, inside pickle gave me a big hug and Katie said to her have you got the card you made for fathers day, Issy got the card and gave it to me she told me that she had drawn me, her and sugar i had forgotten it was almost fathers day so i had a lump in my throat when i gave pickle a kiss and said thank you, we both said good bye to Katie and set off home of course the first thing pickle wanted to do when we got back was go and meet sugar so we went straight down to the stable after they met and said there hello's we went in side and had tea then we went back out side pickle wanted to see Sophie and Ellie, fizz and pepper, then the crazy chickens and dolly, billy and gruff oh and Morris who has recovered well from his accident, we went back down to the stables said hello to Angie before going over to sugar i asked pickle if she would like to ride on sugar, she nodded her head with a big smile on her face so i saddled up sugar and put Issy on, i led sugar round the paddock with Issy in the saddle she was so natural, i loved watching her enjoying ridding her pony....

what a great day, Issy's pony arrived this morning bought over by the young girl that had owned him and her mum there were a few tears as they said good bye but they were happy that his new home was nice and that he would be loved and looked after, the meeting between Angie the horse and the new pony went well witch was a relief, after i was sure he was happy in his new home i set off for Sheffield to meat the head mistress of a school i was viewing to see if it was somewhere Issy would like to go to school, it turned out to be every thing i could have asked for i spent an hour with the head and i was very impressed, i think Issy will love it there as the pupils get to do ballet every week oh and the uniform is pink, when i got back i spent the afternoon with sugar getting to know him i cant wait till Issy meets him on Friday, after feeding sugar and putting him in his stable for the evening i fed all the other animals, made my own tea and am now on the sofa watching TV with Morris the Yorkie laying next to me..

Saturday morning "daddy wake up" whaaaat "daddy wake up" "ok pickle i'm awake" pickle just couldn't wait to put on her costume, so there was no way i was being allowed to lay in bed today, nanny managed to keep pickle occupied for a bit she made breakfast then got Issy to have a bath but pickle was determined to put her pink fairy costume on, so nanny got the bag and dressed pickle up she looked gorgeous like a fairy princess, and only 2 hours to go before the party, as we arrived we saw a bouncy castle in the garden with loads of kids playing on it, Issy wanted to see Jacob to say happy birthday so we went in side Jacob was wrapped in bandages he was a mummy, there was a disco and tables set out with food and a lady doing tattoos Issy picked a tattoo of a horse and asked for it to be pink, after having her tattoo done Issy played on the bouncy castle then played pass the parcel and musicale statues pickle was having so much fun dancing with auntie Sarah she didn't stop in time when the music stopped, all the kids had a great time and when Jacobs birthday cake was bought out they all sang happy birthday, it was a beautiful sunny day so when we got back to Nanny's pickles friend Jamie-lee was playing in the garden next door, Issy asked if she could go over and play with her, later we all went round to uncle Ritchie's to watch the England game I'm not really into football so me and pickle played in the garden on the swings and slide then nanny cooked pizza and dough balls for us and bought them out to us, the football was on quite late so i told nanny i was taking pickle back and she said she would come with us pickle wanted to go straight to bed so did i, she always asks me to look after her that means put my arm around her in bed, i think we were both asleep in minutes and we both slept till gone nine the next morning, pickle played with Jamie-lee for a bit before we headed off on our journey back up north Issy got upset as she didn't want to leave Nanny's so nanny gave her a big kiss and cuddle and told her she would see her soon...

Got to pickles nursery about 20 minutes early she was just finishing her dinner as i walked into her classroom, Issy's face when she saw me melted my heart the smile was huge she got up from her seat and ran to me throwing her arms around my neck we hugged and cuddled, Issy said bye bye to her friends and the teachers and we went out to the car and set off down south, we were making good time until we reached the last 20 miles of the M1 then it slowed all the way to M25 and that was just as bad so pickle watched the aristo cats on the DVD player, when we got there nanny was there to greet us she knew exactly what Issy wanted to see and pulled out a bag with a pink fairy costume in it pickle was so excited she opened the bag and jumped up and down she wanted to put it on straight away but nanny said we have to get ready for auntie Roxanne's birthday meal so nanny gave pickle a bath then pickle chose her pink dress with hearts on it, nanny, Liz, Sarah, Jacob, Joe, James, Keith, Karen, Annabelle, dick, lau, Si, Roxanne, pickle and me all met at the restaurant and had a nice meal we all sang happy birthday to rox when the cake was bought to the table, pickle was pretty tired so was i so we went straight to bed when we got home looking forward to Jacobs birthday fancy dress party..

All packed,getting ready to go get pickle, we are heading straight down to Nanny's, in time to go out for a meal for auntie Roxanne's birthday then Jacobs party Saturday I've made sure the video camera is charged ready for the party :)

Dropping Issy off today has hit me hard, Its been so great having two extended weekends with her it has felt like she lives with me and that is what i would like more than i can say, more than anything in the world, we have so much fun together and the bond we have is so strong but its difficult only having Issy part time, i hope this week goes quickly and i can pick her up from nursery and head back down to Nanny's for Jacobs birthday party on Saturday its going to be a fancy dress party with about 20 kids, Issy has told me what costume she wants so ill get it during the week, there will be face painting and a tattoo artist, not real tattoos just spray on ones, pickle is so looking forward to the party and i cant wait to see her having fun to.

Had a great day with pickle at Epsom Derby, it was the first time she has seen horses racing she loved watching them as they flew by us, we spent most of the day at the fun fair pickle cant get enough of fair rides she often says she wants them to go faster, she had a go on the tea cup ride and a TV presenter wanted to do an interview with someone on the ride at the same time pickle was on it, they asked if i would mind as Issy would probably be in shot and would be up on the big screens around the race track and possibly on TV i said it was OK and Issy waved to the camera each time she passed it, we are back at Nanny's now having tea dough balls and pizza Jacob is here to, I'm thinking pickle will be ready for bed soon she looks tired i am to so early night for me to. its a long drive back tomorrow,

I got to pick Issy up early this weekend, i love the school holidays as i get to spend more time with pickle, on the way home we stumbled across an amusement park near to our house so we stopped and went in side, we only had an hour before it closed but that was enough time to go on several rides and to see that it was a great place to visit when pickle is with me, Friday morning we set of down to Nanny's, i tried a new route that didn't turn out so well luckily pickle slept for a large part of the drive, when we arrived nanny was waiting Issy ran to her giving nanny a big hug and telling nanny she loved her a million pound and had missed her, we dropped off our bags and grabbed pickles swimming costume and towel and went round to Annabelle's and auntie Karen's the girls played in the paddling pool in the garden all afternoon it was such a beautiful sunny day, after we all went to a restaurant and uncle Richie and Roxanne and Si came to, its Derby day at Epsom so I'm taking pickle to see the horses and the fun fair then later Sarah is coming over with Jacob,

its my birthday today and I'm so glad pickle was able to spend the morning with me before i had to drop her off with mummy, we have had such a great time together this weekend and i know i will see her again in a few days but it is so difficult saying bye bye to my princess and i know it wont ever get any easier, it is so quiet now that pickle, nanny, Jacob and Sarah are no longer here i feel a bit lost but i have a lot of jobs to keep me occupied I've got some pony's to view and a few projects around the farm, i get to pick Issy up a day early this week as its school holidays, I'm going to take her to Alton towers before taking her to Nanny's for the weekend she is looking forward to seeing Annabelle, James and Keith and the rest of the family, i love you and miss you pickle, cant wait to see you Thursday,

finally some half decent weather so as i had promised Issy and Jacob if they did a good job cleaning out the guini pigs and rabbits i would get the tractor out and let them drive around the garden, so first Jacob scraped out the cages with a little shovel and Issy sprayed the cages with a cleaning solution i then turned the hose on the cages before Issy and Jacob filled them with fresh bedding and fresh water and food when we finished i walked over to the tractor Issy and Jacob waited out side for me to drive it out then they both ran over excited wanting to get on, if you could have seen there faces when i said climb on then, they got on and we drove all around the garden round the trees, round the stables, back up to the house they were calling nanny and Sarah to come look at them, they were saying go faster and laughing its so great to see them having so much fun, after we played football and pickle and Jacob took turns swinging in the hammock, there was a familiar smell coming from the house it was a roast dinner being prepared nanny and Sarah had been making it while we played, hmmm i love roast dinner, after we all ate we headed into town and to the sandpit park it looked like a lot of people had the same idea there were so many kids already in the park Issy and Jacob pulled there shoes off and jumped in the sand while nanny and Sarah qued up for ice cream i had wanted to show nanny and Sarah around the castle ruins and the town square but looking at pickle and Jacob playing with the kids in the park i wasn't sure we would get the chance but after about an hour they agreed to come to the ruins as we walked towards them we realised there was fair going on in the grounds with music and traditional crafts and a falconry exhibition the birds where amazing eagles, hawks falcons even an owl, then we walked to the old square with its cobbled streets and allys its so picturesque we stopped at a coffee shop for a bit, when we got home we did the rounds feeding the animals before settling Issy and Jacob ready for bed.
